The premise of the 30-Second Ab Solution is simple:

You perform 30 seconds of ab exercises, multiple times a day.

However, these aren’t your standard ab exercises, so you won’t have to drop to the floor and crank out 20 crunches.

Keep pushing down for a count of 30.

Then take 30 seconds and repeat on your right side.

What Did I Think of the 30-Second Ab Solution?

No Crunches or Sit Ups with the 30-Second Ab Solution

I’m going to be completely honest here and say that my initial reaction to the 30-Second Ab Solution was:

“Oh no Nick, what are you doing? Have you sold out?”

Allow me to explain.

I literally can’t stand workout programs that promise the earth, without any effort, and that claim to produce results almost immediately.

You know what I mean.

Things like:

“Get six-pack abs in 14 days.”

“Lose 25lbs without any exercise in 5 weeks.”

“Gain 40lbs of muscle in 28 days.”

These types of workout programs prey on typical human nature.

We all want fast results without putting any effort in.

  1. I already have six-pack abs, I just happen to keep them in an insulated cooler. Seriously though, this program looks pretty amazing.  While getting a “visible” six-pack is not really all that important to me, improving my health is.  I can see based on your review that this could be a big help in that goal.

      Oh yes, I have many friends who have “insulated” six-pack abs too, LOL.

      I did actually really like the 30-Second Ad Solution.

      I’m a big fan of Nick Nilsson’s to start with, plus the program is based on something that everyone can do.

      Okay, admittedly I’m really into my exercise, and I work out most days.

      However, I too do additional “little bits” throughout the day, and this is the main concept of this program.

      Yes, that was my initial reaction, but I have known Nick, the program creator, for quite a few years now, so I should’ve known better.

      I guess the whole concept is basically about “little and often”.

      So, something that everyone can do.

      Most of the exercises focus on core-stabilization and ab-activation and last no longer than 30 seconds (or 1 minute if it is an “each side” exercise).

      But all the exercises can be done literally anywhere, and as the videos I’ve included show, even while sitting at your desk.

      The point being that when you do these quick 30-second exercises, multiple times a day, this has a compounding effect.

      There are no promises of six-pack abs here, but you can definitely tighten your waistline and slim down your stomach this way.

Too many of our fitness programs are outdated with exercises that are often useless, but potentially damaging to the body.
