The Four Stages of the 4 Cycle Solution
Initially, you’ll go through 7 days of carb depletion.
Basically, this means limiting your carbs for the first week, but by how much will depend on various factors.
These include your age, metabolism, and physical activity levels.
The aim of consuming hardly any carbs in the first week is to literally reset your metabolism.
It also helps to turn off your body’s addiction to sugar (although this may feel difficult for the first few days).

I have personally used some form of carb cycling for many years now.
