Welcome to my Fixing Elbow Pain Review.
Golfer’s Elbow and Tennis Elbow are two extremely common injuries that literally thousands of people suffer from each year.
The pain can typically be unbearable.
However, as if the pain wasn’t enough, you will usually have to pay for extremely expensive therapist appointments.
Then there’s the additional expense of drugs.
And then some of you may even have to consider surgery if nothing else seems to work for your elbow pain.
The creator of Fixing Elbow Pain claims that he can help you to eliminate elbow pain without having to go through any of these options.
This certainly sounds very interesting.
So, I decided to investigate further and provide you with my Fixing Elbow Pain Review.

What is Fixing Elbow Pain?

Fixing Elbow Pain will teach you various drills, exercises, and stretches to end golfer’s elbow and tennis elbow without the need for appointments, drugs or surgery.
Who is the Face Behind Fixing Elbow Pain?
Fixing Elbow Pain was created by Jedd Johnson in conjunction with Rick Kaselj.
Rick is someone who I know of very well, but Jedd is a completely new entity to me.
Jedd first got involved in Grip Sport back in 2003.
Basically, a form of strength training and a sport that tests hand and forearm strength.
You may even be familiar with the sport.
It typically involves squeezing heavy-duty hand grippers until the handles touch.
Then there’s lifting very thick-handled dumbbells.
And finally what most of us are intrigued by – bending nails and steel bars.
So, Jedd spent many years twisting 6-inch nails and steel bars into a U-shape all in the name of competitive sport.
Jedd eventually suffered from extreme elbow and forearm pain.
And as it turns out he had developed both Golfer’s Elbow and Tennis Elbow at the SAME TIME.
Both are extremely painful in their own right, so you can just imagine how much Jedd was suffering.
He went the usual route of therapy sessions and drugs, and eventually the pain did clear up.
However, it still flared up again from time-to-time.
So, Jedd spent a number of years figuring out how to prevent this from happening again.
He created a handful of simple and easy-to-perform drills.
Jedd basically became a master in preventing elbow and forearm pain.
But, he wanted to know more about how to recover from these injuries.
This is when he tracked down Rick.
Jedd had heard Rick’s name mentioned over-and-over again.
He read about him, saw him in videos, etc.
Rick is a Kinesiologist and Injury Specialist.
In fact, he is extremely well-known within the Health and Fitness industry.
Basically, when it comes to injuries and rehabilitation Rick is the “Go-To Guy”.
What is Tennis Elbow & What Can You Do About it?
How Does Fixing Elbow Pain Work?
Fixing Elbow Pain takes you through four different methods of either fixing or eliminating elbow pain.
Firstly, you’ll learn about lateral elbow pain, often referred to as tennis elbow.
This is typically caused by microscopic tears in the tendons of the elbow, which most likely come about due to repetitive motions with the wrist and arm.
You’ll discover the reasons behind the pain that you’re suffering and will then be introduced to a series of exercises that offer pain relief.
You must perform these exercises in a specific order and Rick explains why and how these exercises work.
Next is the section on medial elbow pain.
This is often referred to as golfer’s elbow, baseball elbow, suitcase elbow, or forehand tennis elbow.
The pain here is typically caused by ulnar nerve problems and can be felt from the elbow to the wrist on the inside of the elbow.
Once again, Rick takes you through a series of exercises that must be performed in a specific order to relieve this pain.
The following section is about prevention measures to ensure you avoid elbow pain.
This is especially helpful for lifters, athletes, and regular gym-goers.
You’ll learn injury prevention exercises and drills that should be performed before, during, and after your chosen activity.
Basically, this will ensure that you can perform safely to the best of your abilities.
Finally, you’ll learn about pre-habilitation, which is about enhancing your functional capacity.
This involves three different types of training which will strengthen and mobilize your elbows, forearms, tendons and ligaments.
So, in effect, depending on what stage you’re at with elbow pain you can pick and choose the method that will work best for you.

Rehab of Medial Elbow Pain
Once again, Rick walks you through the reasons behind your elbow pain and the exercises you should be performing.
Plus, you’ll also learn about specific things to look out for when performing activities that may bring on medial elbow pain.
Prevention Measures for Avoiding Elbow Injuries
Jedd explains the best ways to avoid injuries without it affecting your training.
You’ll learn about sport-specific warm-ups, risk factors to keep an eye out for while you train.
Plus, you’ll discover how to reduce the tension stored in the muscles and tendons afterwards to speed up the recovery process.
Pre-habilitation of the Elbow
Jedd shows you how to increase your functional capacity.
This involves antagonistic balance, rotation training, and how to increase blood flow.
This is a series of exercises that will keep you pain and injury free and can actually enhance your overall sports performance.

Is Elbow Pain Caused By Your Shoulder?
What Did I Think of Fixing Elbow Pain?
Firstly, I have to say that thankfully I’ve never suffered from the excruciating elbow pain that many of you have (touch wood).
However, I can see myself being a prime target for it.
I love bodyweight exercises and I typically perform 1000s of push ups, dips, pull ups, and chin ups every single month.
I guess my body has now adapted well to this, as I have done this for more than two decades now.
With that being said, there are times when I’ve had to take a step back because I started to experience some pain in my elbows.
It was never anything permanent, so I was typically back to training these movements within a week or two.
But, I am only too aware that elbow problems can surface, so it’s definitely a subject that I have a great deal of interest in.
Lots to Like inside Fixing Elbow Pain
I really like the way everything is laid out in Fixing Elbow Pain.
Basically, Jedd and Rick cover every single eventuality you can think of.
Plus, I’m already a huge fan of Rick’s.
I have come across him in various workout programs he’s made in conjunction with the team at Critical Bench.
So, I know for a fact that Rick definitely knows what he’s talking about.
Something that struck me is that the information you’ll find inside Fixing Elbow Pain is a little different from what you’ll discover by simply searching the internet.
You can of course find information freely about relieving any type of elbow pain.
However, having now gone through the Fixing Elbow Pain program I can see that there are many elements missing from what you may find on the internet.
Firstly, some of the sources are nowhere near as reliable as Jedd and especially Rick.
Plus, most freely accessible information seems to only focus on one or two components of either relieving or eliminating elbow pain.
Inside this program I learned a lot more about the volume of work required, how to relieve built up tension in the soft tissues, and how using specific forearm and shoulder exercises can help with elbow pain.
Much of this information seems to be missing on the internet, so Fixing Elbow Pain is definitely a very well-rounded program.
It’s also great that you learn about the concepts and factors behind elbow pain, as well as progressions to exercises as you get stronger.
Was There Anything I Didn’t Like About Fixing Elbow Pain?
If I have one complaint about Fixing Elbow Pain it’s that everything is in ebook format.
So, unfortunately no follow-along videos, although there are links inside the content if you require more visual help.
With that being said, both Jedd and Rick have done a fantastic job of explaining everything and it is very easy to follow the illustrated guides.
All-in-all, I think Fixing Elbow Pain is a great program for anyone who is suffering from elbow pain, or wishes to avoid it in the future.
I highly recommend the Fixing Elbow Pain program.
- Fixing Elbow Pain goes much more into detail than pretty much all the information you’ll find online.
- This is a permanent fix that doesn’t require expensive therapy, drugs, or surgery.
- I’m a huge fan of Rick Kaselj and he definitely knows what he’s talking about when it comes to injury prevention and cure.
- Jedd Johnson is a former sufferer of both Golfer’s Elbow and Tennis Elbow, so he can talk from real-life experience.
- Everything inside Fixing Elbow Pain is extremely well explained, easy to understand and follow.
- The program comes with a 60-day money back guarantee if you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason.
- I would have preferred videos to be provided with some of the material, although there are links to external videos, plus it is very easy to follow anyway.
I really liked all the material I found inside Fixing Elbow Pain.
Plus, I’ve already incorporated the pre-habilitation routines into my everyday activities.
I think this is a fantastic program for anyone who suffers, or has previously suffered with elbow pain.
Additionally, it’s ideal for anyone who regularly lifts, as I’m sure we’ve all felt the occasional elbow or forearm tweak, so it’s good to know what to do to ensure you don’t succumb to injury.
I highly recommend Fixing Elbow Pain.
