I must admit that I do use some form of meal planning on a weekly basis myself.
However, I’ve never really strictly followed a specific planning system.
I guess because I wanted to keep things simple and flexible.
Plus, I do enjoy a cheat meal now and then, so I didn’t want to be too strict with myself.
So, when I first came across Flexible Meal Planning For Fat Loss I was extremely impressed with the concept behind it.
However, if I’m being completely honest, initially I thought it may be somewhat complicated.
I’m happy to say that I was wrong.
Okay, there are a number of things that you will need to learn and adhere to with the Flexible Meal Planning For Fat Loss, but Tom has simplified it a great deal.
This isn’t about calorie-counting or exact macro counting either.
So, it really is flexible to use.
You Can Get Started Right Away
I really like the fact that there is a wide variety of breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack ideas while you’re still learning the meal builder formula.

Was There Anything I Didn’t Like?
