How Does Forbidden Fitness Secrets Work?
Forbidden Fitness Secrets is a 12-week bodyweight workout program that has been split into 3 phases.
There is also a diet and nutrition element to the program, which you should follow throughout the 12-week period.
The three phases of the program are as follows:
Phase 1 (Weeks 1-4)
The first phase is focused on working through a full range of motion in order to regenerate your joint health.
Hip-rep bodyweight training can often take a toll on the joints, but the workouts you will encounter here are aimed at improving your flexibility and mobility.

What Did I Think of Forbidden Fitness Secrets?
I’m ever so slightly confused about what to say about Forbidden Fitness Secrets.
So, I think I should start off by saying that it is a great workout program, and there is a lot to learn on the inside.
Furthermore, there is a great deal of material, it’s been packaged together well, and pretty much everything Ryan discusses makes perfect sense.
However, I am perturbed by what I found on the sales page.
There’s a huge focus on this all being a “hidden secret” and how the program will turn you into a “ninja warrior”.
Plus, you’ll discover “more secrets” that were “forbidden” to be handed down by these “supernatural warriors”.
But Ryan, being part of the Shinobi, will teach you the unmatched levels of intrinsic strength.
Now, don’t get me wrong, I’m sure many people will be extremely impressed by all this talk of ninja warriors, forbidden secrets, and a special source of strength.
And that’s all well-and-good.
But, I found it all a little tiring to be honest.
I guess this is nothing more than a sales pitch and a marketing ploy.
But, as I say, many people will be extremely impressed by the use of this language, and the fact that the program is shrouded in mystery.
Me, I just want to know whether the program is any good, and whether it lives up to its claims.
Spare me all the fighting and ninja talk.
That being said, Forbidden Fitness Secrets is a decent workout program.
It is VERY different from most strength, conditioning, and mobility workout programs.
But, this is because the program is far more focused on improving soft tissue health, as well as getting into fantastic shape.
It will help you to build strength, burn body fat, gain lean muscle, and improve your athletic ability.
So, it definitely hits the right spot for me.
A Few Negative Things To Look Out For
When you get onto the sales page, as well as having to work your way through the endless tales of ninja warriors, you’ll be greeted with a pop-up message.
The message basically offers you “Ninja Cardio” as a free bonus if you purchase the Forbidden Fitness Secrets straight away.
This pop-up message will typically keep coming back, and I counted at least 24 times that the message flashed in front of my face while reading through the page.
This is yet another marketing ploy to get you to purchase asap, but I simply found it very annoying.
You can tell that the sales page has been written by a marketing copywriter.
It’s just very hyped and “salesy”.
This never really washes with me.
As I’ve mentioned, the reason I purchase workout programs is to use and review them, and then provide you with the details as to whether it’s any good or not.
You’ll be told that the program was originally going to be sold for $164, but was then reduced to $64.

Forbidden Fitness Secrets has always been $37 and it always will be.
That being said, I thought the $37 price tag was a little expensive.
Is it worth it?
Yes, I guess it is.
But, many of the other bodyweight workout programs I have reviewed on this website are less expensive, and offer just as much (if not more) material.
Although, they DON’T generally focus on the same type of training.

You’ll find the internet awash with offers to download Forbidden Fitness Secrets for FREE or receive a heavy discount.
These are simply “lead pages” that provide very little information, but a link to click on.
Once you click on the link you will be directed to the main Forbidden Fitness Secrets sales page.
There are NO free offers, there are NO discounts, this is just a ploy to entice you.
Don’t fall for it.
All-in-all, I like Forbidden Fitness Secrets, but I’m not blown away by it.
There’s a great deal of information within the program, and if you follow through on what you learn, you will definitely get stronger, leaner, and more athletic.
I do like the fact that it is very different from the vast majority of bodyweight training programs, but it still works.
So, all the marketing junk aside, I do recommend Forbidden Fitness Secrets.

- The workouts are very different from most strength, conditioning, and mobility programs, but still very effective.
- The program also comes with a diet and nutrition guide to follow throughout the 12 weeks and beyond.

- There is a huge focus on “forbidden”, “ninja warriors”, “secret strength”, etc. This may appeal to some people, but not to me.

That being said, Ryan does seem to be a good guy, there is a lot of great information within the program, and it will help you to achieve your strength and fitness goals.
