What Did I Think of the Ironclad Body Training System?
The Ironclad Body Training System strongly resonates with me.
As I’ve mentioned in the introduction I have focused on various training protocols over the years.
First A Little History
As with most guys, I started out with the “Bro-Split” typically working one body part a day.
I would literally blitz that body part into submission with a huge variety of exercises.
Basically, I wanted to build as much muscle as possible.
However, stacking the bar with as much weight as possible, and concentrating on the “showy muscle” led to the inevitable.
I eventually succumbed to injury.
Two herniated discs later, I started all over again, and tried to build up to my previous levels.
It was at this stage I learned more about flexibility and mobility.
Plus, I also realised I had a pair of legs that would typically require more than just squats and deadlifts.
