For anyone struggling with their weight, or unable to achieve their ideal body, you have everything you’ll need to achieve success inside the program.
In truth, attaining your desired body is simple in principle.
And this is what Carolyn alludes to inside the program.
Basically, most of us have a way of complicating matters, or being extremely hard on ourselves.
Unfortunately, this will never help you to achieve your body composition goals.
You can exercise all the hours in the day and starve yourself as much as you like, but your body will generally “fight back”.

Was There Anything I Didn’t Like?
All-in-all, The Minimalist Exercise and Nutrition Program is a decent program, and it will help you achieve a fit, strong and healthy body.
That being said, I didn’t like the fact that there were no instructional videos included with the program.
Admittedly, the workouts are based around the most basic exercises, but still it’s nice to see demonstrations, especially if you’re a beginner.
To be completely honest, I have recently reviewed Get Lean: Permanent Physique Transformation by Josh Hewett.
The program is more focused on fat-burning, but covers much the same principles.
The main workouts are Metabolic Resistance Training rather than pure strength training.
However, Josh also covers HIIT.
Additionally, he goes into far more detail about the mindset required.
And Josh’s program provides links to video demonstrations and covers you for 12 weeks worth of training.
Plus, Get Lean only costs $15, so less than half the price of The Minimalist Exercise and Nutrition Program.
So, realistically even though I liked The Minimalist Exercise and Nutrition Program, I would always recommend Get Lean ahead of it.
