What Did I Think of the Pull Up Solution?
I’m going to be honest and say that my initial reaction to The Pull Up Solution was that it was a little pricey at $47.
However, once I got into the program and the materials that were available, I was simply blown away.
I’m someone who loves performing pull ups, and they form a huge part of my weekly workout routines.
I’m also someone who can do 20+ pull ups with strict form, but didn’t think I’d ever get to 30+ reps.
Although, saying that, it really did depend on when I did pull ups in my workout, as to how many reps I was going to achieve.
Unfortunately, for many years I too was “part of the herd” that thought the best way to increase your pull up numbers was simply to do more pull ups.
